Set Up Your Multi Factor Authentication

Starting March 24, 2023, all students will be required to use Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) to be able to access O365, Compass, Canvas, and Library databases with your ClipperID. MFA will help make our networks and your college data more secure.

Your ClipperID can be secured with multiple factors including an app, an SMS (text) code, a voice code, or a USB security fob. We suggest you set a minimum of two factors but can enable them all if you prefer.

Follow the directions below to set up your MFA. If you have any problems setting it up, please call the IT Helpdesk at 360-596-5544 or stop by in person. The IT Helpdesk is located on the first floor of Building 25.

1. Go to login.spscc.edu and use your SPSCC email account to login.
 

2. Click on your name at the upper right corner of the screen. Then choose Settings from the drop-down menu.

3. Find the Extra Verification box. Choose the method you want to activate and click on the Set Up button.
