Kindrick, April. Health Psychology: Your Assignment

What you need to do...

Find at least one scholarly article on your target behavior from #2 (or you can pick from one your target behaviors this is preferably the target behavior you will choose to modify). Use the databases on the "library databases" tab of this guide.

This article or articles need to have been published in a professional source (scholarly journal) on your subject. If you are not able to locate an article on your topic, contact a librarian, who is available on Zoom Monday-Friday 10-3 from library.spscc.edu

Once you locate your article, e-mail it to yourself and save it to your computer (or a thumb drive) for uploading into Canvas. PDF is best.

Read and summarize your article (at least ½ page), then answer the questions below:

  1. According to your article, what, if any, are the biological implications of this behavior (both positive and negative)?
  2. According to your article, what, if any, are the psychological implications of this behavior (both positive and negative)?
  3. According to your article, what, if any, are the social implications of this behavior (both positive and negative)?

Funny!
