Please note that the materials here are meant to be Supplemental - as in suggested titles and links to get you started.
You can use the subjects in these materials to find other materials with related subjects. This could be through the Quick Catalog search on the Library homepage or building a search string in a database.
You will also notice that most of the items here are books - not articles. This is a great way to practice your scholarly reading: checking the chapter titles, the index in the back, looking for the parts that are relevant to you rather than reading the entire thing.
Remember, if you get stuck: DON'T PANIC!
Image is of a thumbs up with a planet outlined around it and the words Don't Panic underneath. Don't Panic is copyright of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy by Douglas Adams and this image came from Redbubble.
You can always do the following:
Book time with an SPSCC Librarian.
Use the Chat with a Librarian 24/7 feature.
Email the Library.
Or stop by when we are open which is 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday
Items in this section may refer to Pop Culture in general or may apply to several films or topics you will cover this quarter in this class.
For all titles, the small round "i" button next to the title is a clickable link with the book description and more information.
If the item is digital, the title will be blue and you can click the title or the cover to go to the material. If the item is physical, the title will be black and you will need the call number (which is next to "Find it at") to find it on the Library shelves at the Olympia campus.
